How to use:
1. Hold the center grip with your thumb and middle finger
2. Insert the external catheter until the thumb and middle finger touch the vaginal opening
3. Push until the inner and outer catheters overlap and the heart-shaped push mark is stuck, and the absorber is placed in the correct position.
4. Take out the catheter and place the cotton thread outside the body for removal
