Please read the purchase process , payment process and delivery process carefully before placing an order .

By placing an order, you agree to all our shopping payment and shipping terms.

All orders cannot be changed once placed

These include: telephone ,  Email address , shipping address , product quantity, style  wait

If you use express delivery, you must clearly fill in the receiving information!

 

After placing the order , please upload proof of payment on the order. 

When transferring money, it must be clearly stated in the remarks column:

"Telephone number + order number"

Unclear information will seriously delay our store's checking and processing procedures

Our store takes about 24 hours to process.

If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be postponed to Monday.

 

If the item cannot be picked up due to the customer's negligence and carelessness

Including incorrect personal information, phone number, and delivery address ,

Our store will not be responsible. Please contact the courier for processing. Please note.

 

The shipping time for spot goods is 2 to 3 working days after receiving the tracking number , excluding Sundays.

 

 

 

Pre-order goods

 

All non-limited items are sold on "ready stock" and "pre-order" basis

We will process the order as soon as possible after receiving the order. If out of stock, we will place an order that night!

Japanese goods arrive every Saturday

The ordering time is generally about 7-10 days, depending on the shipping speed of the Japanese supplier

Due to the epidemic, the number of people working in Japanese companies has decreased, and the arrival date may be delayed.

During the epidemic, the ordering time is generally about 7-30 days

Please pay attention!

Note: All membership benefits (such as points used as cash) must be registered as an online member first, and then the store and website offers can be used!  

 

 

 

Pick up method

 

To order goods on the website:
If the specified amount is reached, the self-pickup fee at SF Express stations/smart lockers will be waived.

(SALE and other products are not included, the system will automatically calculate them, but if the order is full with other goods, they can be shipped together)

 

The store has a store, and you can choose express delivery for orders placed on the website !

Product returns

Since we are a purchasing agent, we do not have any product return guarantee.

If the product is damaged during air transportation to Hong Kong, we can give the customer the option to reorder or refund.

All goods are inspected by us before being sent out. If the product is damaged during shipment to the customer via SF Express in Hong Kong...

Please keep the outer packaging and goods, take photos and archive them for follow-up with the courier company.

No refunds, exchanges or exchanges will be accepted.

The product does not have warranty service and we do not include it. If you pick it up at a store, please check it carefully before leaving!

Once the goods are shipped out, they will not be returned or exchanged!

 

Unless there is a shortage of goods, once the order is placed and payment is made, the transaction cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

If the buyer needs a refund due to personal reasons, our store will deduct 50% of the total order as administrative fee after deducting the handling fee charged by the payment company.

 

 

 

 

Return and exchange of defective products

- Purchase in store:

Please check carefully before leaving. If you have any questions, please contact our store staff immediately. Our store does not allow refunds or returns for any reason after leaving.

- Website purchase:

If you have any questions, please keep the outer packaging materials and goods, take photos and archive them so that you can follow up with the courier company. Please keep the goods and all packaging until the courier company completes the compensation.

Please contact our store within 1 day after signing for it. You must keep all accessories and packaging, including boxes, goods, instructions, etc., otherwise it cannot be replaced.

If the product is defective and returned or exchanged, you must bring the product with you to the store for return or exchange.

If you want to use mail, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Some of the pictures on this website are taken from the brand's official website and BLOGGER/YOUTUBER pictures, and some are taken by TINYZAKKAYA himself.
The copyrights of the pictures on this website belong to the photographers. The watermark is for the convenience of everyone to find our store. There is no other intention. If there is any infringement, please write to us to inform us.

 

Due to the colors of the products, each photo displayed on a mobile phone screen, computer scrren, tablet screen, etc. will have different color effects and may have color difference and other problems.

If you encounter this situation or color difference and other problems and need to return or exchange, we will not accept it.

 

The product in our store are all imported from Japan or Korea.

The product company will regularly change the product details.

Such as packing design, ingredients, etc.

Every detail will be subjected to the actual product. If you cannot accept it, please think twice before placing an order. Thanks!

Our store will not accept refunds or returns due to the above circumstances.

 

 

 

Undeliverable orders

For example, some orders were returned due to unknown shipping address, post office box, hotel address, multiple deliveries with no one to pick up the package, or the recipient refusing to accept the package, etc.
When the postal company/courier company returns the package to us, we will deduct the original shipping fee, handling fee and HK$20 as the return order processing fee from the refund. Customers can choose to re-delivery.


In case of any disputes, our store reserves the right to make the final decision and processing.
