Order status, payment status and delivery status

 

There are different order statuses, payment statuses and delivery statuses in the orders on the website

The following will be listed for your reference so that you can know the order status!

 

<Order status>

 

Processing - When an order has just been placed and payment has not been completed , the system will automatically set it to "Processing"

Confirmed - When the buyer pays and uploads the proof of payment, we verify that the payment has been received and convert the order to "Confirmed", and we will order / process the goods for you immediately

 

Completed - When the goods have arrived in Hong Kong and our store has arranged "shipped" or "picked up", the order will be converted to "completed"

 

 

<Payment Status>

 

Unpaid - The order has just been placed and the payment status will be set to "Unpaid"

Paid - When you pay with a credit card, it will be automatically converted to "paid" ; if you have transferred money through bank / FPS / Alipay , it will be converted to "paid" after we check it.

Due to sometimes too many orders, the count cannot be confirmed in time, please wait patiently.

Refunded - When you have paid and the order is out of stock or the promotion period has ended and a refund has been arranged , it will be converted to "Refunded"

 

 

<Delivery Status>

 

Preparing - The goods in the waiting order have been ordered and are waiting for shipment from the supplier, or the goods are still in logistics and have not arrived in Hong Kong.

Shipped - The goods in the order have arrived in Hong Kong and will be shipped by SF Express or the post office, which means the order has been completed.

Arrived -The goods in the order have arrived at the store . The goods are ready for you to pick up directly at the store. A pick-up notification will be sent by email.

Collected - The order has been picked up at the store , and the status will change to "Picked", which means the order has been completed.
