Return and Exchange Policy
As we operate on a purchasing agent model, we do not offer any product return or exchange guarantees.
If products are damaged during air freight to Hong Kong, customers may choose to reorder or request a refund.
All goods are inspected by us before dispatch. If products are damaged during delivery within Hong Kong by SF Express / SHIPLUS, etc.
Please retain the outer packaging and the product, and take photos for documentation to follow up with the courier company.
No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.
Products do not come with a warranty service, and we are not included in it. If picking up at the store, please inspect the product carefully before leaving!
Once goods are sold, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable!
Unless out of stock, under no circumstances can an order be cancelled or refunded once payment is completed.
If a buyer requests a refund for personal reasons, the store will deduct the handling fee charged by the payment company and charge 50% of the total order as an administrative fee.
Defective Product Returns & Exchanges
- In-store purchases:
Please inspect the product carefully before leaving. If there are any issues, please contact our staff immediately. We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason after you have left the store.
- Online purchases:
If there are any issues, please retain the outer packaging and the product, and take photos for documentation to follow up with the courier company. Please keep the product and all packaging until the courier company completes compensation.
Please contact our store within 1 day of signing for the product. All accessories and packaging, including the box, product, and instructions, must be retained, otherwise, an exchange will not be possible.
For exchanges due to defective products, you must bring the product to our store for exchange.
If exchanging by mail, our store only defaults to SF Express as the shipping method, and the buyer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.
Some images on this website are taken from the brand's official website, bloggers/YOUTUBERs, and some are personally taken by TINYZAKKAYA.
Due to the wide variety of product colors, each image displayed on mobile phone screens, computer screens, tablet screens, etc., may show different color effects and have color differences. In such cases or for color difference issues, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Our products are imported from overseas. Product companies regularly change products, such as packaging designs, ingredients, etc.
Everything is subject to the actual product. If you cannot accept this, please think carefully before placing an order.
