All non-limited items are sold on "ready stock" and "pre-order" basis

The ordering time of p reorder items are generally about 10-30 days, depending on the shipping speed of Japanese supplier.

Since we are a purchasing agent, we do not have any product return guarantee for some situation.

2. For any returns, the return is subject to the conditions listed on our Return & Exchanges page. For products that meet our stated return conditions, you may choose for the products to be replaced or refund via coupon code.
3. Tinyz.hk reserves the right to refuse unreasonable return requests, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected from excessive returns, return fraud, or wardrobing.
4. Tinyz.hk reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Tinyz.hk's decision will be final.

Our store will not accept refunds or returns due to the above circumstances.
Some orders were returned due to unknown shipping address, post office box, hotel address, multiple deliveries with no one to pick up the package, or the recipient refusing to accept the package, etc.
Courier might disposal the item without informing us. No refund will be applied for this case.
When the postal company/courier company returns the package to us, no shipping fees will be refunded.
Customers can choose to re-delivery but required to bear the shipping fees.
