Shipping & Delivery:
1. Order Processing
＞ Once payment (settled in your own country currency) is completed and verified, your order will be processed by our warehouse system awaiting product fulfilment.
＞ The order processing time varies for each order and depends on the ordered items’ availability status shown on product page.
＞ If the items you ordered have different availability statuses, we will order after payment settled. And your order will be processed and shipped out altogether.
You may refer to the following stock status to estimate the processing time.
1. All Products In Stock : Usually shipped within 3-4 working days
2. Products In Stock & Pre-Order : Usually shipped within 7-30 working days
Shipping out day will depend on the dispatch of supplier in Japan & Korea
2. Order Shipping
＞ Once all the items are ready in our warehouse, we will start dispatching your order as soon as possible.
＞ Order Shipped: Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse and with the courier, you will receive an system email with tracking numbers. Shipping time takes up to 10-20 working days depending on the shipment method you choose during checkout.
* * Please note that we stopped shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong Public Holidays.
Shipping may need longer time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather.
＞ All orders will either be shipped from our Hong Kong or United Kingdom warehouse.
＞ We offers standard shipping and express shipping for UK and IR orders.
＞ The shipping fee will be different for order value and destination.

＞ Please note that shipping to remote area will take 2 – 3 business days longer
＞ An additional shipping charge is needed for delivery to remote areas. Shipping charges will be added and shown as shipping surcharge in your checkout order amount. Please check with your postal code to get the remote area shipping fee
