As you are an overseas customer, to avoid loss or delays with postal services, all Macau customers must use SF Express.

Fees will be calculated based on product weight (fees are calculated on a cash-on-delivery basis).

Once the order status changes to "Shipped" and you receive an email notification,

you can check the delivery status on the SF Express official website http://www.sf-express.com the next afternoon.

If customs clearance is smooth, you generally receive the goods within 2-5 days after shipment.

Shipping fees will be paid upon receipt of goods. Please refer to the official SF Express website for weight and actual shipping fees.

For items that SF Express cannot transport, you can choose to send them by post office. Please inquire about the weight and required shipping costs before placing an order.

Please be informed that any foods, liquids, containing batteries, flammable materials, gels or any banned or illegal items etc. could not be included in delivery services.

 

For liquids and gels, we will deliver by post office!
